This electric trike has up to 750W high speed brushless BAFANG Motor which provides strong power, max torque 80NM. Switching gears on different roads makes riding easier and saving energy. SHIMANO 7 SPEED SHIFTER works in both electric and pedal assist modes. It can run easily in many different circumstances. Come with fenders and rear rack.
This electric trike is made of step through carbon steel frame, mechanically lock the front suspension and 4 inch width fat tires. Warranty
DWMEIGI Warranty Policy
DWMEIGI E-Bike recommends professional assembly of our e-bikes and damage caused by improper assembly is not covered.
DWMEIGI E-Bike will not warranty products or service related to accident, acts of God, modifications, incompatible replacement parts not intended for use on our bikes, commercial use, abuse, neglect, operator error, stunt and extreme riding, water damage or improper maintenance of consumables such as batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables are generally not covered under the terms of the limited warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of DWMEIGI E-Bike.
As noted in (3), batteries are considered consumables, and replacement is strictly limited to defective batteries. Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claim.
Normal wear and tear are not covered.
DWMEIGI E-Bike may not be exactly as shown in the photos on the DWMEIGI E-Bike's website and third party websites due to shortages of parts (related to the supply chain) and/or upgrades to components of the bikes.
Substitution of parts is not considered sufficient cause for the return of a bike or replacement of parts.
Bikes are only warrantied in the jurisdiction of sale.
Warranty is not covered for replacement products.
Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase must be provided upon request.
E-Bikes purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by this warranty upon request.
DWMEIGI E-Bike may ask for images and videos for warranty verification purposes.
While every effort is made to ensure quick processing of warranty claims, DWMEIGI E-Bike requires up to 30 days to process warranty claims.
Component Warranty Level:
Consumables (batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables) One year.
Bike frame is two years.
All other parts are one year limited.
Returns
DWMEIGI Returns Policy
If you want to return the electric bicycle without defective or damaged, we only accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We will not accept return of bicycles without defective or damaged after 30 days.
The e-bike must have less than ten miles on the odometer, be free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use.
And must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (bike, charger, keys, kit, etc.).
We will charge 15% of the bicycle order as a processing fee, and you can only get a 85% refund of the total order price. Purchased Products that have not yet shipped shall be subject to a 10% processing fee.
If you received a free shipping promotion, the promotion will be forfeited. You will be charged the original shipping fee and it will be deducted from your refund.
