B1 Electric Bike is a fat tire folding bike built to last. It has a 500 Watt motor, 48 v. 10.4 ah battery, 5 pedal assist power settings, 7 mechanical gears, plus a thumb throttle. With these features, you can climb any hill and be in complete control of your target heart rate. The frame folding feature allows you to easily store the bike in your vehicle. The fat tires can travel on soft sand and snow.
BACKLIT LCD DISPLAY. Measure your speed, distance traveled, and distance remaining with the LCD screen. Located on the handlebars, this easy to see, backlit LCD means you can travel with confidence. Shipping of the items is 1 to 2 days. We use different couriers, however UPS and FedEx are used the most. Delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days depending on the courier and location. Warranty
Glion Warranty Policy
One year Limited Warranty. This product is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.
Returns
Glion Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our scooters. If at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.
The product must be returned undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging.
Purchaser must follow this return procedure: Within 30 days after receipt of the Product, you must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. After Purchaser receives an RMA number the Product must be shipped no later than three business days after the RMA is issued. The RMA will include the return shipping address.
For Domestic purchases (the Continental United States excluding Alaska), the Purchaser is only responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned Product, the product will be inspected to confirm that it is undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, the Purchaser will be refunded the purchase price less applicable deductions for international purchases and original shipping costs. If Purchaser returns Product that is damaged due to reasons not covered under the warranty, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this section, then no refund will be issued. Purchaser shall pay all return shipping costs.
If you received a free shipping promotion, the promotion will be forfeited. You will be charged the original shipping fee and it will be deducted from your refund.
