FOLDING FRAME. The Beluga frame and fork is made of industry grade Aluminum Grade 6061. Our new design is sleek, light and strong enough for a Cyclist weighing 300lbs to feel comfortable on it. Easily folds down to a compact size for easy storage and transportation.
MOTOR. Customized 500W high speed geared brushless motor with enough pulling power so you can effortlessly conquer a 18° climb. Brushless motors are smoother, more efficient and no magnetic drag when you ride the bike without any power.
SHIMANO 7-SPEED GEAR SHIFTING SYSTEM. The Beluga is equipped with a Shimano Tourney 7 speed mechanical gear system, so every Quali-Biker can experience a much more fantastic riding especially when you are hilling.
PAS PEDAL ASSIST SYSTEM. Our multifunction fully integrated large LCD display features a 12 point sensor and “FOC” technology (Field Oriented Control). With FOC we can control and drive motors with higher efficiency and less noise and operates in sync with our PAS “Pedal Assist System”.
BATTERY. The BELUGA’s distinctive look is achieved through the work and dedication of our designers and engineers combined efforts to strategically place the Lithium battery within the seat-post, integrating functionality and design to power the e-bike. The seat-post battery is removable so you can either charge it in the bike or separately in your room. The battery is a 48V 10.5Ah Samsung Battery capacity which charges in 7 Hours.
BRAKING SYSTEM. The Beluga features Front and Rear disc brakes to keep you safe. When the brakes are engaged it triggers a safety mechanism that disengages the motor and shuts down the power system.

Warranty
Qualisports Warranty Policy
We sourced from reliable suppliers like Samsung, KT, Wuxing, Dahon supplier systems. So Qualibikes are pretty durable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows:
The manufacture warrants Qualisports bike frames and forks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes a five-year warranty on frame and fork.
Battery warranty: All Qualisports e-bike batteries come with a two-year warranty (Battery cycle lifetime is between 600 - 800 cycles depending on the environmental conditions). Qualisports will replace the battery if it fails within two years (as long as it was not damaged by personal neglect).
Consumables such as tires, tubes, saddles, grips, brake cables, pedals, and chains are not covered. All other components and add ons such as racks will have a one-year warranty (Carry bags have no warranty). Please do note the limit load of racks is 25KG. PLEASE CHARGE YOUR BATTERY EVERY MONTH - IF NOT, IT VOIDS THE WARRANTY TERMS. WE WILL INSPECT EACH BATTERY TECHNICALLY.
Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only.

Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect(such as the battery).
Returns
Qualisports Returns Policy
Ebike orders:
No returns after 7 Days of receiving the Bike. To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
Box must be sealed and unopened. Customer pays $175 shipping fee (this is withheld from refund) and is subject to a 25% restocking fee (this is deducted from refund).
