Returns
RMB EV Returns Policy
Returns must be within 30 days and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to and from and a 25% restock fee as long as the product is not damaged.
If you received a free shipping promotion, the promotion will be forfeited. You will be charged the original shipping fee and it will be deducted from your refund.
